The project

The business we did was ResinFelt. Working on this project was hard and easy, and a good experience with business. Our group finished the project because we were all on task. What enabled use to complete this project, was the points and because we wanted to please our client. Some advice for the incoming 9th graders, is if you have to do a group project, be on task because if you are not, you won't get your assignment complete.

Last post of my 9th grade year

Well, this year went by so fast. I remember the first time I came to summer bridge. But, this school year was fun! It wasn't how I thought high school was really going to be like. This school is differen than many high schools, and I thought it was going to be like those schools you see in movies. But it wasn't, it was different. I feel liked I learned a lot of new things from this school. I know it will do good in the future. This is my last blog for the year, and for all those freshmen that are coming to Amino Venice, have a good year and do you best!

Woo! No Wait.....it's about school

Well so far high school has been great! The year is almost over! It went by so fast! But anyways, school at Animo Venice is good. I've been getting good grades. The teachers are good but sometimes get annoying. Life's great too! Ever since the beginning of second semester, I've been thinking about what I want to do when I graduate high school. I've decided to go to collage and major in photography, fashion, or technology.

Working in a Team part 2

I thought our team was working together well, because we got through everything we needed to complete are project. Well i don't know if I changed my behavior, because to me, I had the same attitude towards everyone. We need to have everything we need when we say we do so we don't do things at the last minute. That will make a better experience for everyone. Yes i do believe our project will be completed by March 27th because, our team is strong sand we can complete anything.

Working in a Team

Well, I think my group is working as a team because we ask each other questions and get everyones ideas. I've changed my behavior by just being more open instead of being shy. Inorder to make this a good experience, the people in my group have to have everything on turned in on time, and participate. I do believe that our project will be completed by March 27 because my team is made up of strong people, and I know that they'll have everything we need to have our project turned in on time.

1. My three strongest learning stlyes are Musical/Rhythm, which means I think via rhyms and melodies. Logical/Mathematical, I think by reasoning. Intrapersonal, I think deeply inside of myself.

2. My three weakest learning styles are Verbal/Linguistic, which means people think in words. Visual/Spatial, people think in images and pictures. Interpersonal, people think by bouncing ideas off other people.

3. Three ways I can improve my way to learn is by:

Three things that teachers can do is:

• Explain well to students so they can understand better.
• Be patient and don't rush.
• They can talk alittle faster.

Jim Crow Activity

1. What I did was read an article on about voting then and voting now.

2. The point it tries to make is, that blacks were not allowed to vote. In order for them to be a registered voter, they had to be asked many questions and they were timed. They also had to pay a poll tax, but since they were African American, they couldn't pay it. They lived several miles away from the voting stations.

3. What I learned was, blacks were treated unfair because of there skin color.

What I did well in first semester was keep my grades up.

What I did poorly in first semester was not turning in some of my homework.

Well I think I need to do my work, and don't slack off so I can get all A's.

End of Semester

Well in my technology class, the most interesting thing for me to do was making my webpage. What was so interesting about it was that i was learning how to read code and it made everything easier when I was working on Dreamweaver. The project I was working on that was sort of hard was the webpage. It's because you had to make all these pages and connect them to everything. This included linking pictures, bottons, and having image hot spots. But in the end everything turned out well.

Well today is Friday, and tomorrow is Saturday and Saturday is a big day! Resin Felt is coming to my house and playing a show for my birthday which was last week. It's going to be fun! My cousin is making new Resin Felt shirts too! Saturday is going to be fun! Oh and the guitarest Ruben, and I are married. lol. It's a joke, but we think it's funny.

Hopefully the cops don"t show up like the last show they had. The cops ruined everything. But the show was still fun. Ruben was teaching me some notes on his guitar and Gerry let me play his drums. Then after the everyone left Gerry stayed. He went to go to Jack in the Box and bought some tacos. My cousin was drunk so she was sleeping. But over all the show was great and I can't wait for them to play on Saturday. Well got to go! bye!
