1. What I did was read an article on about voting then and voting now.
2. The point it tries to make is, that blacks were not allowed to vote. In order for them to be a registered voter, they had to be asked many questions and they were timed. They also had to pay a poll tax, but since they were African American, they couldn't pay it. They lived several miles away from the voting stations.
3. What I learned was, blacks were treated unfair because of there skin color.
